So this evening I was reading through the news and stumbled across a news story out of Florida that pushed my buttons.

“Broward County Order Says Masks Must be Worn Inside Homes”

I went and read the article. And I would like to say I was surprised, but I wasn’t. The story was true. Not only do they want you to wear a mask inside, but they want your guests to wear one as well..and if you don’t make them..and the neighbors suspect this…the neighbors are to call the police on you.

Now, I don’t know about the rest of you…but I do what I want in my own home as I am sure the rest of you do. It is bad enough that the government is trying to micromanage our lives but now they are invading your home and telling you what to do.

Have you had enough? Are you even paying attention to where this is going? As you are being distracted by riots, racism, and a ridiculous virus…..YOUR RIGHTS and SOVEREIGNTY are under attack by the government that is supposed to protect and defend them. And the scary part of all of this is the sheep running toward the rabbit hole of socialism. Not walking but running so happy and excited that they will get taken care of by the government.

We have a US Constitution that guarantees us certain rights. They are so precious that our founding fathers made sure they were written down so they would last throughout the ages…yet he we are with at least 3 groups of people that are working to take away those very rights. What is wrong with this picture?

We are guaranteed Freedom of Speech…yet at every turn..people are being censored, fired from their jobs, branded racists, or called derogatory names all because they disagree with the masses. As a teacher, my freedom of speech has been reaffirmed by the Supreme Court in a ruling that said, to paraphrase, “a teachers’ right to free speech is not checked at the schoolhouse door.” Even as I teach my students to stand by their principles…I have to curb what I say. Is this right ? NO. Yet…Facebook, Twitter, and the MSM are hell bent on shutting down free speech. We have religious freedom. Yet mayors and governors have told people that if they go to church they will be arrested because you cannot have large groups. Yet they have turned a blind eye to thousands protesting.

At every turn, rights are being abridged and in some cases just run over as if the constitution does not exist. And yet, all people are worried about is a mask, shutting down the country, and waiting for a bailout. You are being conditioned to accept this as the norm. This is not the norm. This is an aberration ..an anomaly…a moment in time. But this is the reasoning for limiting your rights.

We are being forced indoors, are right to worship in church has been taken away, we cannot bury our loved ones, we can not visit our sick loved ones in the hospital, they have taken children out of school, a vaccine is being forced down our throats…and yet people say nothing. People can not work , small businesses are being threatened with fines and loss of their licenses…people are losing everything and yet the governors and mayors do not care.

Our country is literally being destroyed and the leaders do not stop it..no…they help. They join the looters and rioters. They do not condemn the violence. They call to defund the police as the murder rate rises. Innocent children have been killed and no one says a word. No one cares.

Have you had enough yet? You live in a country that grants so many rights and protects those rights…yet people take them for granted. They don’t appreciate how good they have it here. People flee socialism to come here. And yet, even as I type this, there are riots objecting to federal law enforcement. If you see a problem with law enforcement but have no problem with people breaking the law; then maybe you need to rethink your moral compass.

Socialism is easy to vote in …but it will take bullets to get rid of it. The same applies to your rights…it is real easy to give them up, but it will take a war to get them back.

So…have you had enough? Is this really the nation you want to live in?

When are you going to speak up and take this nation back from those who would destroy it under the guise of social justice?

Evil triumphs when good people say nothing…
