As the left clamor for blood and the liberal side of the spectrum cries foul..

It might behoove a few of you to read the US Constitution. I know that democrats/libs/socialist/communist don’t put much stock in it. We know this because the current president is up to 52 executive orders destroying everything from jobs, to incomes, to small business, health insurance, girls sports, and pretty much anything that is decent in this country.

But we are not here to address that ridiculous excuse of a president. I am simply here to point out that what the Democratic House and Senate did to Donald Trump is unconstitutional.

Article 1,Section 3 sets the rules for impeachment and trial. First off..Donald Trump was no longer president when the trial began. Second, in any court of law hearsay would be thrown out. Third, democrats themselves are guilty of calling for violence and for even threatening the life of a sitting president. But as usual, their hypocrisy is ignored by their minions and the media.

You might want to read the clause…but for those who can’t be bothered..I will set it forth here…

“The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeach- ments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.
Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.”

Now once again, we know that the Pelosi’s, Schumer’s, Waters, and the rest of the ilk in congress do not read the constitution nor do they think it applies to them..

But I do not recall seeing a Supreme Court Justice presiding…nor do I see anything that allows for a trial of a non sitting president.

But I do know that they have opened a can of worms. If Donald Trump can be charged with inciting a riot…then so can the new VP, Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, AOC and a host of others who called for continued rioting, violence, and even bailing out rioters who got out of jail and committed bodily harm on other citizens.

But you can bet the MSM will do everything it can to scrub any facts from the internet…kind of like what China is doing.

Like Trump or not like him., it does not matter. What should matter is the silencing of free speech and the usurping of the constitution, that should scare everyone. I am not sure how anyone can read that clause and say what happened was legal. But libs will and they will continue to bury their heads in the sand as this administration and 1 party government declare war on this country and its citizens.

The time has come for term limits and accountability. No one should hold office for 30 or 40 years. Why? Simple they no longer work for us, they work for the highest bidder. I find it interesting that people like Biden and Sanders have done nothing but hold office and have become multi millionaires. Nancy Pelosi has been in office for over 40 years and she is a multi millionaire. They, along with the rest of the swamp, were scared of an outsider. That is why they worked so hard to destroy him. Tell me how is that Biden vote working out…? And don’t forget that the 1.9 trillion stimulus is really a tax. The government gives nothing that they do not take from others. If you are not truly frightened about what is going on, you should be. Because if they can silence a president….who is next? Pretty sure Germany, Russia, China, Cuba, and North Korea use that tactic…interesting that the so -called woke left are doing the same thing.
